About Retreat

Program

On the first day evening, you will start with a welcoming session with an introduction to the retreat followed by a meditation and tea ceremony. Tea drinking can be meditative, especially in Turkey. Turkish tea has a great role in Turkish culture. You will have a chance to learn more about culture and different types of meditation.

Every day will start with a morning meditation followed by a Yoga session. After breakfast, it is your free time to relax, swim, enjoy the place or just simply do nothing.  You will have a chance to join different activities if you want, like hiking (Lycian Way) with breathtaking landscapes during free time through the week or art workshop, a day trip tour to Fethiye town (sightseeing, local markets and etc.),  gastronomy workshop, etc. You will have the freedom to choose to join activities or not, it's your time and you can decide what you want to do.

In the evenings, we will practice different types of meditation circles and Yoga Nidra to deepen your Relaxation.

Day 1:

Arrival and settling in

5-6pm Welcoming and introduction to retreat;

Opening Circle Meditation and tea ceremony;

7pm Dinner;

8-8.30pm Yoga Nidra(Relaxation);

Day 2:

7.30-8am Waking up call\Fresh Herbal tea, lemon hot water;

08:00 - 09:30 Pranayama (breathwork)+ Hatha Yoga session;

9.30am Organic Local Breakfast;

11-4pm Turkish Bath;

4-5pm  Meditation practice;

5-6pm Evening Yoga class;

7pm  Dinner;

8-8.30pm Yoga Nidra(Relaxation);

Day 3:

08:00 - 09:30 Morning meditation practice+ Hatha Yoga sessio

9- 9.30am Fitness session;

11-4pm Free time;

4-5pm Pranayama (breath) work +Meditation;

5.30-7pm Gastronomy workshop\Dinner;

The retreat will be held in Oludeniz Blu Luxury Unique Hotel. This property is a 12-minute walk from Ölüdeniz beach and Blue lagoon. You will have a choice to book a room that suits you the best: deluxe room, Honeymoon room, swim-up room with sharing a pool, or swim-up suite.

 

Location

Ölüdeniz  is located in the Aegean region in southwest Turkey. Charming Fethiye will take your breath away with its natural beauty. A land of refreshing green and shades of blue. The magnificent mountain scenery is all around, the turquoise sea and stunning Blue Lagoon with paragliders in the sky.  Spectacular natural spots like Butterfly or Kabak valley will leave you speechless.
